Flame Orange - A Cleanliness Drive at Nrupatunga Betta

Almost every saturday morning at 5: 30 am we go to Betta and Clean.

Have Placed Dustbins and painted with flame orange color. Started in the month of july.

Working since 3 months.

Cycle Rally

We Deshpande Fellows organised Cycle Rally to create awareness on environment and its cleanliness on 19/10/08 from BVB campus to Nrupatunga Betta.

Started at 3:00 and reached Betta at 6:00 pm with full police protection. stopped at many places where we could draw attention of community. Used slogans-

Cycle cycle Recycle, Save Life Save Tree, Parisarave Paramatma, Nature is Future, Cleanliness is godliness etc.
