Marketing of Eco friendly Products: Handmade Paper and Khadi Products
Team: Pramod & Shakuntala
Handmade Paper Product:
Kirthi Paper Industries
Target Customers: High school students, Marriage Party, Gift shops
Investments: Rs 700/- for 700 Products (at Rs 1/- for per product)
Major Challenges:
· More effort and More time required
· Difficult get permission from private schools
· Holidays to schools act as constraints
Shift in Strategies:
· Discount of 35% for Khadi products acted as an opportunity
· Targeted specific customers & brought products according to their needs
· Product range: Hand Kerchiefs, Jewellery box, Bags, Readymade garments.
Total Investment Rs 3645/-
Lessons Learned:
· Through buying & selling game we observed that there is a demand for hand kerchiefs
· Then we concentrated only on this product and sold around 100 kerchiefs with profit margin of 30%
· Identifying consumer needs/ problems and using appropriate marketing skills is crucial

1) we made best greeting cards (5).
2) Buying & Selling Game: We made highest profit. I & Soumya took permission of Sankalpa HR Mr Venki and sold a garland for Rs 15/- and one to Hotel owner.
3) Eatery Module: We sold Girmit & Chana Masala in fornt of Sujata & Sanjota Talkies and made 100% profit. Made highest profit.

Kite Festival- Letz FLY
Kite is a symbol of Development
The sky looked more colorful than ever on November 16 in the BVB stadium.
It was a unique experience for the freshers.
Slum children were experts who guided us to fly the kite.
Hari-ya-Ali- Watering
Hari-ya-Ali has planned to water the plants in Nrupatunga Betta twice in a month.
Thanks to Mr K B Shah who arranged for the water tank and also to 10th starndard students who participated in the project.
